Currupted traffic police?

Please share your experiences, of corruption in traffic.
Starting with me,
I was going to Maninagar from jamalpur crossroads, the traffic police men had stopped me, I was wearing a helmet and my number plate is also white i was scarred, they ask me to show my Liscense, I showed them, one of the guy said"Where is the number in Liscense?" If they dont know where is the number in smart cards! are they getting special training for that! no but after few mins of discussion, they show down there color, they guy me that you have to pay 50rs for find. I have just ask for in which criteria you are finding me 50rs, the guy told me that you dont have PUC, do you think my bike is 6 months older, do i need PUC, but after some settlement they came up on 10rs but I ignore to give 10rs also-true amdavadi, so guys please share your experiences.
